返品について

商品到着時に必ず商品をご確認ください。
不良や発送ミスなど当店の責任による場合、責任を持って返品・交換対応をさせていただきます。
その場合、当店にて送料を負担いたします。

以下の場合、商品の返品・交換は一切承っておりません。

• お客様のもとで開封された商品
• お客様のもとで傷・破損・汚損が生じた商品
• 商品到着後、10日以内にご連絡がいただけなかった場合
• 事前のご連絡なく商品を返送いただいた場合
• 不良品・商品間違いをのぞき、お客様都合による返品・交換は承っておりません。

※万が一、宅配業者の保管期間を超えて商品をお引取りいただけない場合には、保管期限切れとして、商品は一旦当店に返送されます。この場合、返品に伴う実費<送料、梱包資材、作業料等>をご請求させていただきます。

 

About returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges of products in the following cases.

• Products opened by the customer

• We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience, except for defective products or incorrect products.
